Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the WMIEC website, app and services. By using any of them you agree to them, so read them before you create an account.

01What these terms cover
The World Manufacturing Innovation Exhibition & Conference (WMIEC) is an event organised by ALOTHMANIYA COMPANY FOR MANUFACTURING in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. These terms cover the website, the mobile app, and every service offered through them.
They are to be read together with the Privacy Policy, which forms part of them rather than standing apart from them.
02Your account
- You undertake that the details you give are true and complete, and that you update them if they change. Your badge is issued from them, and wrong details mean a wrong badge.
- An account is personal. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account; we recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
- If you believe someone has reached your account, end its sessions from account settings, change the password and tell us.
03Your badge and entry to the event
- A badge is issued in your name alone and is not transferable. Sharing it, or attempting to enter on someone else’s badge, is sufficient ground to cancel it and refuse entry.
- Badges are read at the gates, and entry and exit are recorded. A scan may be refused for operational reasons, and the refusal is recorded too.
- Entry to the venue is subject to the venue’s own rules and to the instructions of the organiser and the security authorities; these terms do not displace them.
04Acceptable use
The platform is a tool for managing your participation in the event. You may not:
- Attempt to reach another person’s account, or any part of the systems not intended for you.
- Extract data automatically, or republish the exhibitor and speaker directories for marketing purposes.
- Disrupt or overload the service, or circumvent any security measure in it.
- Upload content that breaks the law, impersonates another person, or infringes anyone’s rights.
05Exhibitor, sponsor and speaker applications
Submitting an application is an offer from you, not a contract. The organiser may accept it, decline it or ask for more information, and no obligation arises until the organiser accepts in writing.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you state about your company and its products, and for your right to use the marks and images you upload.
06Booking a stand
- A hold reserves a stand for a limited period only. When that period ends the hold lapses automatically and the stand returns to availability.
- A booking becomes final only on the organiser’s confirmation and on satisfaction of the agreed financial terms.
- Areas and positions shown on the floor plan are indicative and may change for organisational or safety reasons; anyone affected is notified of a change.
07Intellectual property
The WMIEC name, logo, visual identity and the content of the site and app belong to the organiser or are licensed to it. You may use them for the purpose of your participation in the event and for nothing else.
What you upload remains yours. By uploading it you grant the organiser a non-exclusive licence to display it within the platform and the event’s materials, to the extent needed to present your participation.
08Availability, and changes to the event
We aim to keep the platform available, but it may stop for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
The organiser may change the event’s programme, dates, speakers or location where necessary. Material changes are announced on the platform and notified to those affected.
09Limits of liability
The platform is provided as it is. The organiser is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use, nor for data lost through your own misuse of your account.
None of the above limits liability that Saudi law does not permit to be excluded.
10Suspension and closure
You may close your account at any time from «Data requests» in your account. We may suspend an account or cancel a badge where these terms are breached, or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or of a threat to the safety of the event, and we state the reason unless a law prevents us.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in the city of Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
